Request a cancellation or refund
Contact us using the details below with your order ID, registered mobile number, payment reference and reason for the request. Never share an OTP, card PIN or banking password.
How requests are reviewed
We review the order status, advance or invoice payment, work already performed and the reason for your request. A cancellation does not automatically mean that every amount is refundable. We will communicate the decision and any applicable deductions, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Duplicate payments or payment issues
If you believe you have paid twice or a payment was debited without appearing on your order, send the payment references so we can investigate. Avoid making another payment until the status has been checked.
Approved refunds
For an approved refund, we will confirm the amount and expected processing time. Where supported, the refund is returned through the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Concerns about completed work
Please describe the issue and include relevant photos or supporting details. We will review the service record and discuss the appropriate resolution with you.
